Returns and Refunds
What Can I Return?
We understand that sometimes we all buy things we later regret. Whether it doesn't fit or you simply changed your mind, Yoga Bazaar will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:
• You return the item within 28 days of purchase;
• Includes the original packaging;
• The item is in resalable condition including that:
..........• It is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
..........• Any sew-in labels are still attached.
..........• All swing tags are still attached.
While you can try on garments to see if they fit, all returned items must remain in their original, ‘unworn' condition. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you wear underwear when trying on pants or swimwear.
If these requirements are not satisfied Yoga Bazaar reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund.
Some sale and special promotion items may have alternative return conditions, which will be clearly specified on the product page or at checkout.
Yoga Bazaar will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher or refund where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or our description.
Yoga Bazaar reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Yoga Bazaar will not refund return postal expenses unless the item is proven to be faulty.
Can I Exchange My Purchase?
If you have just made your order please contact Customer Care immediately on +61 (0) 468 361 781 to organise a cancellation of your current purchase. If you would like to exchange an item once you have already received it, please complete our online returns form. You will then be contacted by Customer Care and given a return address. As soon as we receive your return, we will check that the conditions above are met before providing you with an exchange voucher so that you may purchase an alternative product.
What If My Item Is Faulty?
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please complete our online returns form. You will then be contacted by Customer Care and given a return address. As soon as we receive your return, we will check that the conditions above are met before providing you with an exchange voucher, sending you a replacement or refunding you the original purchase amount. If the item is faulty, but you have lost the original packaging, we will need proof of purchase (your tax invoice) to give you a refund.
I've Lost The Original Packaging, Now What?
In order to issue a refund, we will need the original packaging if you have just changed your mind or if you chose the wrong size. If the item is faulty, but you have lost the original packaging, we will need proof of purchase (your tax invoice) to give you a refund.
How Do I Return My Order?
Want to return your purchase? No problem, just review our Returns Policy first (above).
• Complete our online returns form. We will ask for your order number, contact details and the reason for your return.
• Once we receive your submission we will send an email with a return address.
• Re-seal your parcel securely.
• Visit your nearest Australia Post outlet to pay postage charges and send your package.
As soon as your return is received, our suppliers will check that everything is okay (meeting the conditions stated in Refunds and Returns Policy above), and then we will refund your order total within ten (10) business days. Anything in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you without a refund.
How Will I Be Refunded?
Once your return has been accepted, we will refund the purchase amount directly to the account used to make the original purchase. Please allow ten (10) business days after we receive your return for us to process and refund the original purchase amount.

It means you are always the first to hear about what’s going on at Yoga Bazaar and that you never miss out when new products arrive or go on sale. This email is sent directly to your inbox. If you do not wish to receive this information, simply hit unsubscribe on a recent email you have received from us.
Delivery across Australia is NOT FREE yet. (Sorry, we don't deliver internationally yet.)
Our suppliers are notified about your order within 24hrs of your purchase. Please allow between 3-10 days for delivery, unless specifically stated otherwise, and if you have a question after that time, simply contact our Customer Care team on +61 (0) 468 361 781.
If you order multiple items from more than one brand, you may receive your order in multiple parcels. This is because items are sent directly from our suppliers.
If you aren't available to accept delivery of your package, it will either be left in a safe location or you will be contacted to arrange alternative pick up or delivery arrangements.
Yoga Bazaar does not take any liability for goods lost in transit, however we will do our best to assist if this situation should arise.
In the event that stock levels are lower than what is stated on the website, and we don’t have any of the product you have purchased left in stock, Yoga Bazaar reserves the right to refund your purchase or offer store credit.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Yoga Bazaar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Yoga Bazaar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yoga Bazaar shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
